Morning Lullabies

I have few significant friends that could be considered as significant as best friends. One of them is Ding whom I've known all the way back in high school and at this moment I'm crashing over his couch and its already 6.14am in the morning and I could listen to the prayer from KLCC As-Syakirin Mosque which is just a walking distance away from where he lives. Its just too unfortunate that its unsafe to walk across the park to the mosque which made me not go perform any obligatory towards the Lord.

I'm amaze that the prayers are really loud too considering the fact people who lives here earn more than what most of us hobo-hippie-anything-below-middle-class could earn for a lifetime tolerate it. In certain places we hear comments, and sometimes complaints from residence about the loud calling-for-prayers; Azan and stuff like that. Personally, I like to listen to Azan because it makes me grounded to what I am and also reminded me so much of good ol' days in Cairo back then in 2005; when I stayed there for 2 months as an exchange student; where there are million of mosque.

This is across from main door.
In 30 years time I must be able to afford one of this or so.
Not a just dream, more of a mission.

I'm just writing this random entry because I need to kill time to get sleepy again before heading to a great window shopping day. I've been bloated with Nasi Lemak Antarabangsa we had just now. Its amazing to see different races getting into Kampung Baru even to get such great meal. Usually, there's always stereotype about going into Kampung and all but for once it made a big difference to see but perhaps its just inside the city so people don't usually care?

Outside the house we see this.

I never had a proper Kampung upbringing. Its one of the thing that perhaps made me less cultural about my ethnicity, or perhaps I've been to culturally diverse being a Bolehlander? I've lived and grew up on an island of great of food and colonial stuff, see. I see things different from what most peers see.

I should be sleeping now and stop mumbling.
