However, I do not fancy gaining weight. Its typically possible when I go abroad on exchange program which was to Egypt and USA and my face would have turned round and with shorter hair back then, I felt like a soccer ball.
Unfortunately, I may not fit in some of my Topman XS-sized shirts, and sometime skinny gets too tight.
All thanks to recent workout, and excessive food consumption too. Body combat is fun, and so is pilates. I wish I had more gym buddies around as motivation. Its not like I want to go Schwarzenegger but just nice enough at the same time looking rather thin. Weird, isn't it?
I just need to be less lazy and do more sit ups so I wouldn't have a belly. Its just another minor phobia and I get pretty annoyed when mini tummy shows up when I wear slightly smaller sized shirts.
Weekend is here and currently its raining heavily.
And so are my assignments.
Dang it.
You are an AFSER too?
ReplyDeleteSo am I!
I went to USA in 1983-84.
How about you?

Haha! Small world!!!
ReplyDeleteI went for YES Program in 2007, and Egypt was Intensive (Winter 2-months) in 05/06.

ReplyDeleteI got the same problem too. Too skinny for a man. But my BMI is quite ideal. Maybe the mass on my bones. Hahaha. Now, I gained weigh (I mean muscle). But need to do exercises to avoid any belly (sebenarnya dah nak boroi pun. huhuhu.)
ReplyDeleteMud: You can have my fat. Haha!
ReplyDeleteShahrul: Jom ber-exercise? =P
