I felt that this year, the whole Eid celebration feels like nothing. Perhaps, the excitement comes due to the fact that I'm not staying home which is perhaps almost 434km away.
I just came back from a celebration by Bachelor's student Managerial Communication class event. It was their assignment but I guess it was fun as the Eid celebration comes to live a little bit with the excitement around friends. Obviously I end up bloated now, which defeats the whole purpose of me running on treadmill and bunch of other machines earlier today before heading to The Gardens.
I love stationary and art shop. Not that I'm an artist, but it always nice to see creative things raw. The I would start imagining things that could come alive next, and also those funky party packs and DIY stuffs. The one I always shop at seemed to be really friendly and I'm happy with their services though they don't have any cutting service for mounting boards.
Its amazing to see how drastic Celebrity Fitness taking over California Fitness. While working on some machines there was some shooting of fitness talk show which I have no idea what show it actually is, what tv it will end up on and when it will be aired. It seemed very ASTRO-ish. Its a big challenge to start again from 0 after more than 6 weeks of idle. I got myself back on track after feeling too loose and lazy while I'm always happier to be fit. A month of fasting and a week of gastronomical indulgence ruined it all.
At present, I only know few bloggers who goes there such as Ikram, Eric and even activist Marina Mahathir. The two guys goes usually after working hour while Marina usually go in the morning.
I was on my way waiting for the shuttle bus by the highway when the big major earthquake happened in South of Sumatra. Earlier on, I was watching on CNN while running on treadmill about tsunami that struck over Samoan Islands where 55 perished in Samoa and another 22 in American Samoa. The number rose to 89 as according to The New York Times by now.
My prayers be with the victim and the survivors. On the other hand Typhoon Ketsana are hitting hard on Indochina and the Philippines. Hopefully people will survive, or at least most than some.
After spending mere hour in Borders browsing through Parenting and Advertising sections I'm still rather hungry for ideas on how to create awareness of a baby chair, without the baby chair in the advertisement poster. Do suggest if you happen to have ideas.
Please, and thank you.
